At Rolling Plains everything about our Children’s Ministry is Orange! We believe that the family is just as important to the spiritual growth of your child as is the church, each having a roll that is very important to the other. Orange represents the combined entities of the life blood of the family(red) and the richness of the word of God (yellow). Together they make the color Orange. We believe our children deserve more than a coloring page and some goldfish crackers on Sunday morning. Our dedicated staff works hard to make your child's experience an incredible one. We try to use every resource available to create an environment in which your child can grow in his/her walk with Jesus Christ. There are several programs available to choose from, whatever your child's age. There are also materials available every week for you and your child to continue the learning at home. There is also a monthly program available that takes you and your child even deeper into the Word called the “Cue Box.”
All children’s programming happens upstairs in Pebble Park! In this area you will be greeted by a staff member and once your child is registered you will receive two name tags, one for your child and one for you to take with you. Your child will then be escorted to their respective classroom. Not only is fun a high priority, safety and security are high priorities as well, at Rolling Plains. We adhere to a Safe Sanctuary Policy that protects you and your child at all times.

KidstufFX is an absolutely amazing way to interact and worship as a family. This worship opportunity occurs the first Sunday of every month at 9:45 AM in the Youth and Children's Chapel. KidstufFX is an awesome opportunity for families to be part of a worship service that includes uplifting music, creative drama full of life lessons, and plenty of Scripture. As part of the Orange concept KidstufFX is an experience you can also take home and share as a family all month long. After one visit you will undoubtedly find yourself humming the worship tunes and repeating some of those crazy tongue-twisting Gordo one-liners! KidstufFX is a great way to learn about God as a family and grow together spiritually.

Discovery is the word in Kids Praise! Your child will learn the Word of God in their own language! They will begin to discover who God is, how He works, and why He loves us the way He does. Your child will hear exciting Bible stories, participate in both small and large group worship, as well as play games and create crafts. Kids Praise is offered to our children between the grades of Kindergarten through 5th grade. This children’s worship time happens during both the 8:30 and 11:00 AM services. Our goal is to provide your child with as many opportunities as possible to grow their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Wonder is the word in First Look! Our Preschool program is offered to our 3 year olds through pre-kindergarten and is located upstairs in Pebble Park. Children at this age are no different than adults when it comes to the need to hear and learn from God’s Word. In this exciting and loving environment your child will be taught in a manner that suites them specifically. The three core values we hope to teach them by age 5 are: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. Our staff can’t wait to see your child grow in God’s Word.
