Have the weekly messages or Upcoming Events delivered to your inbox

The Rolling Plains website has several new features that make it more convenient for you to access messages and upcoming events. If you have an ipod or itunes on your computer, you can subscribe to the Weekly Message Podcast to enjoy Pastor Brian's messages on your way to work in the morning. Alternatively if you use Outlook, another e-mail program, or an RSS reader, you can subscribe to the RSS feed that will notify you when a new message is published. A detailed explanation of RSS technology can be found here, and here is an explanation of how to set up an RSS feed in Outlook or Mac OSX Mail.

Another new feature of the website is ICS integration. This technology works the same way as RSS, but is specific to calendar items. You can subscribe to the Rolling Plains Upcoming Events Calendar with Outlook, Google Calendar, or any other calendar software, including the software on your cell phone. Each time a new event is posted to the Rolling Plains calendar, it will appear as an event on your calendar. Depending on how you set it up, the program can even send you e-mail reminders before events happen. Learn more about how to incorporate ICS feeds into Outlook here.
